Sourav would have been better captain than Mccullam.
Dada, it’s easier and communicates than Mccullam and also certain
characteristics of an ideal captain. And also he knows the strength and weakness
of team more than Mccullam. And he can make people to play under him.Planning and execution of strategies no one can match him. Remember he brought lot of young guys when he was captained the team
